Help Desk Upgraded

Due to configuration problems with the server that hosted our support help desk, we have re-initialized the help desk from scratch.  We will be going through our e-mails and re-creating tickets for those issues which remained unresolved/open prior to the server problems.  No previous customer data was compromised, however customers should follow up using the new ticket number and URL, as well as create a NEW user id / password.
