Email Control Panel Update and SPAM delivery change

As most of you know, we do not manage e-mail in house, although the details of each account, passwords, and quota are under our control based on a maintenance plan provided by the company MXRoute.  They just rolled out a new control panel for our use, and have alerted us to the following change:

"Deliver SPAM to SPAM folder option has been removed."

According to the provider, the logic behind moving or delivering suspected and confirmed junk mail to a designated folder never worked well, and when it did, the delivery occurred to a mailbox or other location outside of the standard users' purview.  In fact, that was one of the reasons WE implemented the tagging of SPAM in the subject line so that users could perform their own filtering.  Our provider assures us that they continue to reject suspected junk mail even before it reaches your inbox, and you may continue to ask us for support if you believe a legitimate message never got through to you or was not delivered as intended.

Thank you for your continued support of Ruggiero AV Services' web hosting and email!
