Due to a recent upgrade we realized that customers submitting to our support portal at http://helpdesk.ruggieroav.net were not receiving responses to their tickets and notifications sent to their e-mail. This has been resolved, and all tickets have been updated. The help desk is still the ideal way to contact us, as it allows us to track your issue, as well as build on the community of our customers as we can archive resolutions for future support requests.
