Remote Support Options Revisited

As our clients and would-be clients are aware, some of our technical support tasks involve a hands-on approach to solving issues on the PC or MAC.  We had been using the cross-platform software CROSSLOOP to manage remote support connections, so that we can troubleshoot one-on-one without physically being at a client's location. Crossloop has proven its merit, but we have always been looking to go one better, and in that light have been transitioning to a software package called TEAMVIEWER.

Our customers do not need to do anything right now.  If they have Crossloop installed, we will guide them on its un-installation, and direct them to download Teamviewer instead.  The software is more lightweight, can be run without full installation, and makes connecting a lot faster.  We think it will be a better overall experience.   All Crossloop-related links will be removed from our website in January 2013.

Thanks very much for your understanding of this matter, and we welcome any questions or comments.  Unlike Crossloop, Teamviewer has no direct "post-roll" feedback, but you are welcome to submit any feedback to us through our e-mail address or support ticket options.  If you allow it, we may feature your positive feedback in our website testimonial section.  Any negative feedback will be used to improve our services for all of our users!
