As of 2:00 AM, May 19th, all sites and services are operational, aside from a few auxillary services that have yet to be tweaked and configured. We will be at 100% capacity by Noon Eastern today.
As we suspected, the biggest loss of data was e-mail, and although 98% of e-mail was restored, a situation now exists where messages may appear valid in your mailboxes but cannot be read. Those unreadable messages are, sadly, unrecoverable - and we wholeheartedly apologize for this issue. If you need your mailbox or account details repaired, you may submit a trouble ticket to http://helpdesk.ruggieroav.net or e-mail us.
We have taken steps to mitigate damages in the future, including taking daily bit-by-bit snapshots of the entire server, as well as a full file backup in the evenings. Our hosting data center has afforded us additional backup space - the least they could do considering what happened - and we plan to use every bit of it.
