Earlier today, some customers may have experienced issues accessing their email on the web at webmail.xxx.xxx; there was some temporary downtime that could not be helped, and for that we apologize. This also made us take a look at the current webmail interface, which is based on the tried-and-true RoundCube webmail, which has not changed much in many years. However, our e-mail host has been experimenting with the updated RoundCube+ implementation which you can read about here:

We intend to roll out Roundcube+ universally in June 2025, but if you want it enabled on your domain now, send us a message and let us know!
