'Eagle' Email Server Migration / Upgrade

As you are aware, we currently "outsource" our e-mail hosting, to provide additional IP reputation protection, account management, and enhanced webmail access to our customers.  The server on which users' messages were hosted was running the tried and true CPanel hosting environment, which until recently had served many customers well.  However, due to a change in infrastructure and pricing from Cpanel's parent company, e-mail management has been moved to DirectAdmin.  The most notable change you will see is that the webmail client has been reset to RoundCube by default - we are working on making additional clients available, as before, but always try and keep things as simple as possible.  Also, if you're currently using an external mail client, like Outlook, you may need to re-sync your messages to bring the IDs up to date.  This should only need to be done once.

For the most part, users did not notice any downtime or changes, and this after-the-fact blog update is being made in the interest of full transparency.  Thanks very much for your understanding and patience, and if you have any questions or concerns, please let us know!
