Email behavior changes

A slight change in our SPAM filters may show mixed results over the next few weeks.  All newly-created e-mail accounts will honor functionality that moves any suspected junk email to a designated SPAM folder, although our legacy webmail client may not allow the direct MARKING of junk mail that slips past our filters.  This will be fixed in the coming months.  In the meantime, please periodically check the SPAM folder in webmail (if you see TWO such folders, check the one that is lowercase only), and move any non-junk messages to your inbox.

The SPAM folders on all accounts will be emptied on a monthly basis.
