More network issues, affecting mail server

This morning we have been observing multiple network "flaps" - up and down incidents - affecting connectivity to our soon-to-be retired mail server.   The system itself is unaffected.  We apologize for the inconvenience.  Users on our new server are unaffected, and we encourage migration now more than ever.
