Our webmail client connection issues have been resolved. The client itself has been moved to a new server and different IP address to eliminate some of the problems associated with the server on which it was hosted before. All customers should be able to connect, but if still having problems, please clear your cookies and reboot your computer to attempt to clear out any record of the old IP address.
Coming late summer, we plan to roll out the latest version of the webmail client, which should address some of the issues customers have asked about, most importantly the speed at which messages load. We will invite some of those customers into a beta test soon. We are truly sorry for this and any previous issues with our webmail access, and we will continue to monitor now and during our later upgrades.
