Webserver Restoration Update

The data center has taken steps to begin the restoration of our clients' website:

- A new hardware system is being provisioned onto which we will be starting a full system restoration from the latest backups available.   Unfortunately this is currently estimated to take some hours for the restoration to complete. They are investigating any possible methods to reduce this time.

- Meanwhile, data center technicians will continue to work on recovering the failed RAID array. This approach with two plans will allow us to reduce the amount of time that it will take to return service online as much as possible by immediately starting the worst-possible case scenario, while continuing to also focus on bringing the existing RAID array and data online.

If the data center does NOT come through in a reasonable amount of time under ANY scenario, we have our OWN backups to which we can resort.  We do not want to start restoring anything ourselves until we are sure the data center can - or cannot - perform its own restorations.

Thanks again for keeping with us.
