We have resolved the issues with our forms processor for now. Will will continue to monitor and notify our data center if any problems re-occur.
Also, we will be pushing out a minor upgrade to our webmail client tonight at 10PM EST. Users may have to log back into webmail after that time, but NO messages will be lost, and delivery will be normal. Customers accessing their mail through a mail client or other device, such as a smartphone, are not affected. One big change for this webmail version is the way calendar items are handled. Customers will need to re-enter any items and reminders if they were using strictly using the "calendar" tab within the webmail client. This does not apply for those using third-party calendar apps.
