Service Downtime Update

The issues continue, and seem to be traced to a data center in Chicago; please bear with us while we await further information.  We will attempt to completely restore to a new server if required.  Mail and some client websites remain up, while at least two client sites are down, as are our backup spam assassin databases and FlexWindow services.
