The systems that resolve domain names [DNS] for some of our client websites are down at the moment, even though the servers themselves are most likely up and running. No customer data has been compromised, and we are in contact with the data center to see what they are doing. We will update appropriately when we know more.

From the fastest fix in the west department: Right after posting the above, we note that DNS systems are coming back online. There still may be some intermittent downtime, but we'll keep on top of it!
