Recent efforts to move our webmail interface to TWO different servers for redundancy have proven futile. We were trying to rely on third-party hosting to use as a backup, and they didn't allow as granular a control as we have on our main servers.
However, as before, the plan is always about e-mail delivery, so even if you cannot access webmail in a given period, please note that 99% of the time, our mail server is up and running. People who access their e-mail accounts through a client like Outlook or Thunderbird are not affected by this.
We'll keep up with things and always "do it ourselves!" Thanks for your understanding - any questions respond to this post or e-mail us.
