First, we want to apologize if some customers were unable to reach their websites today or access webmail. No actual mail was lost but we had to restart the interface a few times to clear out an old bug. What's more, our datacenter informs us that there may be intermittent downtime on May 5, from 1PM Eastern to 2PM Eastern.
Lastly, we will be performing software upgrades on Friday, June 10th which will affect e-mail and some web sites. Downtime should be limited to 90 minutes; we will post an update when things are completed.
