New for 2010: Ruggiero AV Services Help Desk!

Ruggiero AV Services is proud to announce the availability of our new technical support help desk system!  We have been receiving many requests for help by email over the past few months, and sometimes it is just not possible to respond to them all in a timely manner.  In fact, while this message is being posted on our blog, some of our previous customers are receiving this message AS a direct email, but we hope that they will utilize this new system to request help in the future.  We believe this will facilitate quicker response time and allow you and us to track and save commonly asked questions and responses.  
 
We will strive to respond to and resolve your issue in 24-48 hours.  If your issue cannot be resolved through the system, we can schedule an in-person technical support visit or remote computer session through Crossloop
 
 
Using the help desk is easy!  Simply go to:
 
 
...and fill in your name, email address, and other important information.  Once submitted, the system will then issue a ticket number and access key to your specific problem so that you may check on its progress at any time.  In addition, you will STILL BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL when there is a response made on the website.  The email will include the response from us, but in order for YOU to add to an open ticket, you must use the website, which will be accessible via direct link. 
 
Once an issue is marked SOLVED in the system, it currently remains accessible to both you and us for a total of 30 days. We may change this retention to 60, 90 or more days in the future.  You can begin submitting help requests right away on this or any other issue, and we hope this proves useful for you.
