For the past few weeks we have been aware of minor connectivity issues which has plagued our backup web server, which also runs our webmail services. Note that no mail is lost during the process, but webmail becomes unavailable - there is no rhyme nor reason for these disconnects and we have opened tickets with our ISP to attempt to troublshoot with them. This may also be releted to network enhancements that are being carried out, as not all domains and users are affected at the same time. Again, please know that we ARE aware of these issues, but cannot readily correct them. We will update you if any major developments occur.
